Terms of Use
Effective date: 24 April 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and ThriveInMarkets. By accessing thriveinmarkets.com, reading any article, subscribing to the newsletter, or otherwise using the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Affiliate Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Who we are
ThriveInMarkets is an independent online publication operated by a private individual resident in the Republic of Cyprus (“we”, “us”, “ThriveInMarkets”). ThriveInMarkets is not a licensed investment firm, broker, credit institution, financial adviser, or any other regulated financial entity under Cypriot, EU, UK, US, or any other law. We publish market commentary and trading education as a private publisher for general informational purposes only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the site. You must not be resident in, or a national of, any jurisdiction where your use of the site would be unlawful or would require any license or registration by us that we do not hold.
4. Nature of the content — not investment advice
Everything published on ThriveInMarkets — daily market analysis, morning briefings, weekend recaps, video breakdowns, the free trading course, exchange reviews, the AI-generated “Market Takes”, the economic calendar, and any other content — is published for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not:
- Investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice.
- A personal recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument, cryptocurrency, security, derivative, CFD, or other asset.
- A solicitation or offer of any financial product or service in any jurisdiction.
- A prediction or guarantee of any market movement, price target, or outcome.
- A substitute for professional advice from a licensed adviser in your own jurisdiction.
You must not act — or refrain from acting — on the basis of any content on ThriveInMarkets without first seeking independent professional advice. Trading is high-risk and can result in losses greater than your initial capital. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.
4a. Ask ThriveIn AI
Ask ThriveIn AI is a free educational feature. You sign in with your email and a one-time code. Your account is bundled with our daily market newsletter -- by creating an account you agree to receive those emails and you can unsubscribe from them at any time via the link in every email.
The AI is powered by a third-party large language model and produces answers generated automatically from your question and a live market data snapshot. Its output is not investment advice, is not personalised to your circumstances, and may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. Everything in section 4 above applies in full to AI-generated output.
Each verified account may ask up to 5 custom AI questions per day. We may change this limit, temporarily suspend access, or permanently terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are engaged in abuse, automated scraping, attempts to jailbreak the system prompt, or requests that would make us violate Cyprus financial-promotion rules (for example, requests for specific entry, stop loss, or take profit levels on a named instrument).
We do not guarantee the availability of the Ask ThriveIn AI service or that it will meet your requirements. We may withdraw or modify it at any time.
5. Global access and your local laws
ThriveInMarkets is accessible worldwide. We make no representation that the content is appropriate, lawful, or available in every jurisdiction. If you access the site from outside Cyprus, you do so on your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction — including, without limitation, any restrictions that apply in your country to financial promotions, crypto-asset marketing, or solicitation of investment services.
6. Affiliate relationships
Some links on ThriveInMarkets are affiliate links. If you register or transact through one of them, we may receive a referral commission at no additional cost to you. Our editorial coverage is not influenced by these commissions. Full details are in the Affiliate Disclosure.
7. Intellectual property
All content on ThriveInMarkets — articles, analysis, videos, images, charts, layouts, logos, and code — is owned by the operator of ThriveInMarkets or used under license and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and read the content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share individual articles via a public URL or a brief quote (up to roughly 100 words) with clear attribution and a link back to the original post. You may not republish full articles, bulk-scrape the site, train machine-learning models on the content, or use any material commercially without our prior written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Interfere with the site’s operation, security, or availability, including by introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or sending excessive automated requests.
- Scrape, harvest, or mirror any part of the site without prior written permission.
- Use the chat widget, contact form, or newsletter to send spam, threats, harassment, or unlawful content.
9. Third-party links and services
ThriveInMarkets links to third-party websites, including exchanges, charting platforms, and news sources. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or fitness for any purpose. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and is at your own risk.
10. No warranty
The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability. Market data, prices, and AI-generated commentary may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThriveInMarkets, its operator, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages — including without limitation loss of profits, loss of capital, trading losses, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any reliance on the content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us directly in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of ThriveInMarkets from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of any third-party right.
13. DMCA and copyright complaints
If you believe any content on ThriveInMarkets infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact details; (4) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rightsholder or authorised to act on their behalf. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are using the site in a manner that risks harm to us, to other users, or to third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify regular readers (for example, via a banner on the site or a newsletter note). Your continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and we agree that the courts of the Republic of Cyprus, sitting in Nicosia, have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the site, save that we may bring proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.
17. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and ThriveInMarkets regarding the site.
- Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms freely, including to a successor entity.
- Language. The English version of these Terms is the authoritative one.
